West Coast Leather Chin Strap
The West Coast style chin strap features only a slide for adjustment. The strap is longer than standard fire helmet chin straps to make it easier to mask up when donning your SCBA face piece.
The strap is handcrafted with high quality leather. The strap is secured to the helmet with Chicago style screws. We include a individual use Loctite for when you install the strap, preventing the screws from coming undone during use.

***If you are requesting customization there is an additional fee. One of the customization options must be selected from the drop down (Text Only or Text with Paint.) If "None" is chosen, your item will be made and shipped with no customization. We are a very small team so messaging each customer about their order and waiting for a response significantly delays not only your order, but our other customer's orders as well
If you do not list a paint option when selecting “Text with Paint” the following default colors will be used:
Black Leather- Red Paint
Saddle Tan, Red, Blue, Green, or Natural Leather- Black Paint
Chocolate Leather- Cream Paint***
Installation Tips
It is recommended to place lock tight or similar adhesives in the Chicago Screws when installing the chin strap. This prevents the screws from coming loose over time
